Aiden is on a quest to find his princess and mistakes Robert for a damsel in distress, determined to make ‘Roberta’ his he refuses to believe what Robert confesses, now Aiden has to face his fears to keep the one he has fallen in love with. Robert is fed up with prince’s mistaking his tower for that of a princess’s and he is confused as to what to do when one refuses to believe he is a man, now married to the handsome prince he has to convince Aiden to accept him for who he is and not what Aiden expects.

Oh this was a delightful story that was warm-hearted and gave me a few chuckles. Aiden is a bit of an ermmm… airhead, he believes what he wants to believe and he believes that he has finally found the perfect princess for him, but discovering the truth isn’t quite as bad as it may seem as long as no one else discovers the truth. Robert may like to wear a dress on the odd occasion but it doesn’t make him a woman, now if only he can get it through the thick head of his new husband that he is a man and wants to be treated like a man and not a damsel in distress, then they just might make it.

I loved the characters of this book from Aiden and Robert to Aiden’s father King Stefan; they were all delightful and fun to read about. There are mentions of various fairy-tales from Rapunzel and Sleeping Beauty to The Frog Prince with the appearance of The Magic Mirror, they are all woven well into this enchanting little story to make your lips twitch and bring a smile to your face, and you wonder when Aiden will finally get a clue and man up to what he really wants.

I am going to recommend this to those who love fun fairy-tales, great characters, some hot lovin’, a few chuckles and a very happy fairy-tale ending.
